Log in to your Online Resident Portal by clicking the Pay Rent button below. If you have any trouble, just give us a call! Online payments can be made by eCheck or by Credit Card (credit card fees will apply).

ATTENTION FIRST TIME PORTAL USERS:

Your first time setting up the online portal requires an invitation. Please reach out to your Resident Experience Specialist if you have not found an invitation in your email or to contact@choosepriority.com. Our team members will help you get set-up in no time.

Maintenance Requests

Non-Emergency Maintenance

Login to your Resident Portal to submit a maintenance request online. If for whatever reason you are unable to log in to your portal, please call our office during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm) to submit a maintenance request for non-emergent repairs.

Emergency Maintenance

For emergencies, DO NOT submit the request online! Call us at 540.578.4974, ext. 2, to notify us of the issue immediately.

If you experience a maintenance issue outside of our normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm), HERE is a list of general troubleshooting tips that may help fix the issue. If the maintenance issue persists, you can reach our on-call property manager by calling 540.578.4974, ext. 2.

Just a Reminder

As a resident, you are responsible for changing your own light bulbs and replacing your air filters on a quarterly basis. If a repair or maintenance need arises that appears to be the result of negligence or misuse, you may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. Help us make your home the best it can be by regular care and cleaning. We believe it’s not just a rental, it's your home!
